He built and sold a wine-import business from a standing start. He served as Vice-Chairman and CFO leading a five-company roll-up that closed institutional financing during the 2008–09 credit crisis. As Interim CFO of a publicly traded oil and gas company, he built the SEC-reporting infrastructure that let it close an $11 million acquisition. He now applies that same combination of operating command and financial discipline to Defiant International's portfolio of energy, technology, entertainment, and real estate ventures.
