Bruno currently holds active leadership roles across financial technology, energy infrastructure, and health technology. Roles below are stated exactly as they exist. CEO, co-founder, director, and advisor are not the same relationship, and this page doesn't blur them.

Financial Technology & Capital Markets
Defiant International, Inc.
Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer & Director
Hybrid venture capital / private equity and blockchain finance
Visit Defiant International ↗Defiant International bridges traditional investment strategy with blockchain-based finance, including Security Token Offerings and real-world-asset tokenization, across five operating divisions: Entertainment, Technology, Energy, Real Estate, and Consulting. Bruno leads corporate strategy, portfolio strategy, and capital deployment across the platform.
Defiant Consulting
Founder & Managing Partner
Real-world-asset tokenization advisory (subsidiary of Defiant International)
Visit Defiant Consulting ↗Defiant Consulting advises owners of real estate, oil and gas assets, and cash-flowing businesses on unlocking liquidity through compliant, partial tokenization, without selling outright or losing control. Bruno leads client strategy and deal origination, drawing on his own transaction history in energy and capital markets.
Defiant Fintech Fund, LLC
Sponsor: Defiant International, Inc.
Investment fund: fractional real-world-asset exchange infrastructure
Defiant Fintech Fund, LLC is a to-be-formed Wyoming vehicle sponsored by Defiant International, intended to acquire a minority common-equity stake in an emerging financial-technology firm operating a regulated marketplace for fractional real estate investing. The strategy pairs infrastructure ownership with Defiant Consulting's advisory origination, positioning Defiant International across both the advisory and platform layers of the real-world-asset tokenization market.
A private placement currently being structured for accredited and institutional investors; terms remain subject to definitive documentation.
Energy & Infrastructure
Defiant Power Solutions
Founder & Chief Executive Officer (subsidiary of Defiant International)
Modular natural-gas power generation
Visit Defiant Power Solutions ↗Defiant Power Solutions closes the gap between rising industrial power demand and utility interconnection queues now stretching five to seven years in major U.S. markets. Its PrimeCore platform, 450 kW modular natural-gas generator units that parallel from a single unit up to 100+ MW, can be deployed in as little as 72 hours for bridge power, backup power, peak-demand shaving, and microgrids. The company serves AI data centers, oil and gas producers, industrial manufacturers, utilities and EPCs, and remote sites, offering flexible commercial terms: rent, lease, buy, or zero-capex Power-as-a-Service.
Defiant Midstream Acquisition Corp. (DMAC)
Founder, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Permian Basin saltwater-disposal (SWD) midstream infrastructure

DMAC is a Wyoming corporation, currently being formed, designed to acquire, repair, and operate distressed and undercapitalized saltwater-disposal facilities across the Texas Permian Basin, targeting the small, single-site, repair-needed assets that large strategic buyers systematically underbid, using up to $50 million of institutional capital deployed transaction-by-transaction rather than as a single blind-pool commitment. Defiant Energy, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Defiant International, Inc., serves as project sponsor. Ampak Oil Company, a Texas-based operator led by DMAC director M.G. Khan, will serve as contract operator for each acquired facility under a joint operating agreement. Beyond the SWD platform itself, the venture is also planned to supply recycled produced water to AI and high-computing data centers in Texas, and to use acquired-facility yards to build a Permian Basin sales, rental, and leasing operation for Defiant Power Solutions. DMAC is intended to operate with public-company-style governance from formation, with independent annual audits and an annual report for investors and stakeholders, positioning it either for a future sale to a larger public company or its own path to going public.
Not yet a formed entity; this is a development-stage initiative currently being pitched to institutional investors, not an operating company.
Pristine Energy, Inc.
Co-Founder, Director & Corporate Officer
Natural (geologic) hydrogen & helium exploration
Visit Pristine Energy ↗Pristine Energy is an early-stage California corporation applying a proprietary exploration methodology, algorithm-based geological modeling, satellite imagery, spectral analysis, surface geochemistry, and AI, to locate commercial-grade deposits of naturally occurring (geologic) hydrogen and helium, whose geological signatures often overlap. The company operates a "hub-and-spoke" model: it generates and vends exploration prospects to exclusive listed junior partners across five global regions (Canada, Latin America, Asia, the UK, and Australia) in exchange for equity, royalty, and milestone consideration, while retaining majority working interests in its own U.S. asset portfolio, including Midcontinent Rift hydrogen fairways and Montana, Arizona, and Colorado helium corridors, as the foundation for a future U.S. public listing.

The company was a Southern California Regional Finalist in the 2021 Harvard Business School (HBS) New Venture Competition, presented by the Arthur Rock Center for Entrepreneurship. At the time, the U.S. had yet to catch up with the rest of the world on natural hydrogen as an energy resource, so the company was, in a real sense, a little ahead of its time.
Bruno co-founded the company alongside Kevin J. Sylla (Founder) and Alex M. Hemb (Co-Founder); he formed the corporate entity and personally drafted its founding governance documents, business plan, and current Private Placement Memorandum. As of its May 2026 offering documents, Pristine Energy is conducting an active $1,000,000 Regulation D Rule 506(c) capital raise to advance its Canadian Shield (Ontario), Eastern Snake River Plain (Idaho), and Imperial Valley (Southern California) exploration projects.
HydraThermal Energy, LLC
Co-Founder, Inventor & Manager
Patented downhole-electrolysis hydrogen technology

HydraThermal Energy is an early-stage, Wyoming-registered clean-energy company that Bruno formed together with co-founders Alex Hemb and Kevin Sylla, commercializing a patented self-powered downhole electrolysis tool (U.S. Patent Application Publication No. US 2022/0333476 A1; also filed internationally as WO-2022226552-A1) held personally by the three founders. The technology repurposes abandoned and orphaned oil and gas wells into low-cost green-hydrogen producers. The company has a strategic lab partnership in Park City, Utah (Rudy Stankovic, d/b/a Rock, Shale Testing & Development, also a company shareholder) to support prototype development, and is currently raising seed capital to fund that work.
Consumer & Health Technology
Guiltless To Go, Inc.
Co-Founder, Chief Financial Officer & Director
AI-driven health and food technology
Visit Guiltless To Go ↗Guiltless To Go, a Delaware corporation, operates an ordering platform that helps consumers filter groceries and, eventually, restaurant orders by diet type, allergies, calories, and its proprietary Guiltless Certified Rating (GCR) health score. Bruno's CFO duties include capital strategy, fundraising, and financial operations.
Immortal Wellness Studios
Overseen as part of Defiant International's Real Estate portfolio, as CEO of the parent company
Wellness real estate / bio-optimization

A planned wellness and bio-optimization studio concept under Defiant International's Real Estate division. The venture is in the capital-formation stage, with an initial location targeted near McKinney/Frisco, Texas; a domain has been secured and a dedicated site will follow as the raise and site plan progress. Not yet an independently operating company; it is listed here for transparency about Defiant International's active pipeline, not as a completed venture.
